How long does it take for my beef to be processed?
It takes approximately 10-14 days after your scheduling date for your beef to be ready for pick-up.
Is your beef grass fed?
Our cattle are fed a Total Mixed Ration (TMR), a perfectly designed meal designed by our nutritionist. This gives our cattle the perfect combination of protein, energy, minerals and vitamins. This includes corn silage & hay that is grown on our land & harvested by our family.
What does hanging weight mean?
The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after the hide, head and organs have been removed. Hanging weight provides a more accurate pricing structure since it doesn’t require calculations on weight lost versus value.
How do we pay you?
We accept cash or check, and Bill Pay through your bank. There is a CC online payment option with an additional 2.9% fee. These details are spelled out for you after we have hanging weights. Payment is due prior to pickup at butcher shop.
